BENNY M. MASON
Mr. Mason has over 36 years of experience in oil/gas well drilling and
completion field operations in onshore and offshore environments both
domestic and internationally. He has drilled vertical, directional and
horizontal wells to depths of 20,000' using oil/water base and brine water
mud systems with mud weights to 18.5 ppg and
temperatures to 385 degrees. He has a strong background throughout South Texas
where he has held a variety of positions both in the office and field
including toolpusher, drilling superintendent and
drilling foreman. He is familiar with mechanical, diesel electric and SCR
type rigs as well as coil tubing and snubbing units. His international
experience includes remote drilling locations in Iran, Borneo and Bolivia.
Mr. Mason is a detail oriented supervisor with good communication skills
and a cost effective approach to each project he is assigned.

T.J. LaFLEUR
Mr. LaFleur has over 31 years of experience in
oil/gas well drilling and completion field operations. He has drilled wells
to depths of 17,500' using oil/water based mud systems with mud weights to
19.0 ppg and temperatures to 400 degrees.
Directionally, he has drilled wells with inclinations up to 90 degrees. He
has drilled primarily in Texas Gulf Coast - Inland Waters and Louisiana, as
well as Oklahoma and Africa. Mr. LaFleur is a
detail oriented supervisor that will lend a high degree of efficiency in
any drilling operation he is involved in.

RONNIE BRAUNE
Mr. Braune has over 21 years of experience in
oil/gas well drilling field operations. He has drilled vertical and
directional wells to depths of 22,500' using oil/water based mud systems
with mud weights to 18.0 ppg and temperatures to
400 degrees. Directionally, he has drilled wells with inclinations up to 90
degrees. He is familiar with mechanical, SCR and diesel electric rig
operations and has drilled primarily in the Lobo, Navarro and Wilcox
formations in Central and South Texas. Mr. Braune
is a detail oriented supervisor that will lend a high degree of efficiency
in any drilling operation he is involved in.

ROBERT W. DOWD, JR.
Mr. Dowd has over 19 years of experience in oil/gas well production and
drilling field operations. Mr. Dowd has held many field related positions
from motor man to field superintendent. He has experience in all phases of workover and completion operations and has drilled
vertical and horizontal wells throughout South Texas. Mr. Dowd’s wide
range of experience will provide the client an effective consultant with
the experience necessary to efficiently complete any project.

ROBERT “BOB” DASKEVICH
Mr. Daskevich has over 21 years diverse
experience in all phases of drilling operations. He has drilled wells up to
25,000' with mud weights in excess of 18 ppg. He
has horizontal and directional drilling experience. Mr. Daskevich
is a detailed oriented supervisor that can handle all operational
situations. He has drilled in a variety of domestic producing basins.

RON PORTERPAN
Mr. Porterpan has over 31 years of experience in
oil/gas well drilling and completion field operations in onshore and
offshore environments both domestic and internationally. He has drilled
vertical, directional and horizontal wells to depths of 22,500' using
oil/water base and brine water mud systems with mud weights to 18.6 ppg and temperatures to 390 degrees. He is experienced
in drilling both vertical and horizontal wells, and has experience drilling
abnormally high pressured gas wells with depleted sands and angles to 75
degrees. He has a strong background throughout Texas including working on
barge locations in the Galveston Bay. He has held a variety of positions
both in the office and field including toolpusher,
drilling superintendent and drilling foreman. He is familiar with
mechanical, diesel electric and SCR type rigs as well as coil tubing and
snubbing units. His international experience includes remote drilling
locations in Saudi Arabia drilling wells with severe lost circulation
problems. Mr. Porterpan is a detail oriented
supervisor with good communication skills and a cost effective approach to
each project he is assigned.

TROY PARKER
Mr. Parker has over 25 years drilling and completion experience. He has
worked extensively internationally and offshore. Mr. Parker has solid
hands-on experience in all phases of drilling and completions operations.
He is results oriented, focused, and has excellent communications skills.

DAN M. ROTGE
Mr. Rotge has over 38 years of experience in
oil/gas well drilling field operations. He has drilled vertical and
horizontal wells to depths of 17,000 ' using heavy oil based, brine water
and fresh water mud systems up to 17 ppg utilized
in highly deviated wellbores. Geographically, Mr. Rotge
has significant drilling experiences from South Texas to Oklahoma to
Barbados. Mr Rotge is a
good communicator and is very active on location. Mr. Rotge
is fluent in English and Spanish and has a current passport.

R.B. JOHNSON
Mr. Johnson has over 21 years drilling and completion experience. He h as
worked extensively internationally and offshore. His forte is the
logistically challenging job in remote locations. He has worked in the
Texas Gulf Coast area and Louisiana as well as Africa and Brazil. Mr.
Johnson has solid hands-on experience in all phases of drilling operations.
He is a supervisor that can take a job from start to finish.

ORON L. BOONE
Mr. Boone has over 34 years of experience in oil/gas well field operations.
He has drilled vertical, directional, and horizontal wells to depths of
16,500 ' using heavy oil based, brine water and fresh water mud systems up
to 17.5 ppg. Geographically, Mr. Boone has
significant drilling experiences across the southern U.S. and in the Rocky
Mountains. Mr Boone is a good communicator and is
very active on location.
