LARRY J. KARAMBIS, P.E.
CHARLES LEWIS
Mr. Lewis is the Operations Manager at Bison Energy and he graduated
from The University of Houston with a B.S. degree in Structural Engineering as
well as a B.S. Degree in Safety and Fire Engineering. He has over 13 years of petroleum industry experience and is
responsible for well planning, all regulatory permitting, filings and
compliance, as well as daily operations. His duties also include workover preparation of AFE's, focused reports and
post-well evaluations, and the procurement of meaningful service bids for both
new wells and workovers. He has successfully engineered hundreds of
projects in various producing regions with a specific expertise in deep, high
pressure applications requiring pore pressure calculations and detailed tubular
designs. Assists the operator in
selecting drilling contractors and related equipment and services. He monitors the cost and performance of each
operational aspect to assure the efficient, cost-effective completion of the
work
JESS BACHELDER
Mr.
Bachelder is Bison's Controller and is responsible
for financial and administrative matters of Bison, including accounts receivable
and payable, banking, payroll and human resources, insurance and vendor
relations. Prior to joining Bison in
2004, Jess ran his own company and spent 21 years in management and senior
staff positions with multiple E&P accounting, financial analysis and
planning departments at Mobil Oil Corporation with assignments in division and
headquarters offices as well as in Indonesia and Venezuela. He has developed project databases to
optimize $800 million capital budgets, managed a $15 million foreign affiliate
pension fund, designed a time-tracking and cost allocation process, reduced
overtime by 50% and backlogs by 67% by streamlining vendor payables processes, and
led a new accounting consultant project that increased profits by $30 million
in the first year. He is a 1967 graduate
of Lamar University with a BBA in Accounting.
